Enshrined in the Constitution is our collective understanding that our liberties are inalienable and given to the people by God (the Creator), not by government. That is a knowledge, a “conviction in the minds of the people”, that lives in a free people. This has lived in America and the American people since its founding.

See also, THAT ALL CAP name is on all government issued paperwork you were ever given (Charge cards, SS, Driver's license, mortgage, and many more). THAT name in CAPS, is a Person (Black's Law dic/states this, look it up). A Corporation, the Strawman. Remember, knowing who you are, and ARE NOT - not a Person! Not a fictitious name.
- You are a human being, a man or woman living on the land = "a sovereign". The signing of your name, starts at Jane Janet, of the family of Human. A Proper name of a sovereign.
- The USA is bankrupt, and the Federal Notes, are not backed by gold, silver, or anything. They have value, because the 'PEOPLE" give them value. What really happened?
The Birth Certificate is the start of it all. The legal fiction name, no information of the 'trickery' ever given of it.
There are Several documents YOU will learn about, need in your quest to become a Pro Se. They are all mentioned and detailed within the videos, the b/boards and at the links. Research, it is all there. Whether it is to become a Sovereign and free, to discharge bills, student loans, foreclosure or criminal and court issues, it is all there. Remember, the words 'they' use is the trickery. Their tools, learn them well - you are Not a Person, You Have a person. Lawfully is far different that legally. Understand?? Heavens, forbid, it is stand under!! Do NOT consent to be governed. What they DON'T say and HOW they say it - it is ALL lawyer speak!! You don't RE-PRESENT you, you ARE YOU!
If you LEARN = Pro Se stops defacto courts and/or obligations you thought you needed to consent to; or a way OUT if they were placed upon you.
Learn about the "Claim of Rights" and do yours!! They're all people
using words and we are all equal.
You can use words with power too and
take back their defacto authority, to your SOVEREIGN SELF. THEN you can see if indeed, you have volunteered for the non-payment of
debt privileges. Or take advantage of the HJR 192 - OR to see if indeed, you are a debtor or a
creditor with know how privileges!
